Scottsdale Pen and Knife will make every attempt to match any authorized dealer's price on any given item should you find a lower price elsewhere. This applies to in-stock merchandise only.


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please return that purchase within 7 days of receiving it. Please call us before you make the return to receive an authorization number. The item must be returned new and unused with the original box and papers along with a copy of the invoice. There will be no exceptions. You will receive a refund or replacement less the shipping charges. If shipping was included in the purchase there will be a $6.95 charge. There are no returns on engraved items, special orders, corporate orders, or on any limited edition item where the factory seal has been broken by the customer.


All new pens are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. Along with that warranty will be information regarding the authorized service department address to send your pen in the case warranty work needs to be performed.
